A native of Astoria, Oregon, Patrick Clark knows how to  market and sell residential real estate. Having sold  more than 2,500 homes worth more than $2.2 Billion,  Patrick is the proven professional for marketing and  selling homes whether single family or condominiums.  A graduate and Trustee of Pacific University in Forest  Grove, Oregon, prior to Realty Trust, Patrick lived and  worked in Japan, and Russia as an International  Projects Officer for a major Japanese trading company  between 1995 and 2005.  A Principal with Realty Trust City, Patrick has marketed and sold more homes and  condominiums than anyone, including major developments in Portland, and Bellevue, Washington that include South Waterfront, Bellevue Towers, The Civic, The Henry, and The Casey to name a few.
